Dry Wines
Bandit
Petit Verdot
Our Petit Verdot offers up aromas of mostly black fruit flavors, ranging from plum, blackberry, and blueberry to slightly lighter black cherry. The unique and intriguing flavors of Petit Verdot have herbal and floral notes such as violet, lilac, lavender, sage, and dried herbs.
Cash Cow
Petite Syrah
Nothing petite about it! Known for big, tannic wines, we can’t get enough of this under-appreciated variety. Deep color and full-bodied flavors of blueberry, chocolate, plums, and black pepper.
Giddy Up
Tempranillo
Ripe red fruit; later you will get the woody feel of the barrel again with gently sweet notes of vanilla to finish with other sweet spices.
Joker’s Blend
Red Blend
Pours thick, dark, inky goodness in the glass. It smells of blackberry, black cherry, plum, licorice, vanilla, and cola. It’s a big aroma, but it’s just a hint of what’s to come when tasting.
High Maintenance
Merlot
Our Merlot is a bourbon-barrel-aged, dry, medium-bodied wine with medium acidity and characteristically soft tannins. A classic Merlot often pops the nose with cherry and cocoa and can exhibit aromas of herbs and spice.
Poker Face
Cabernet Sauvignon
Displays medium acidity and tannin. The most common aromatic and flavor components found in cabernet sauvignon are dark fruits like plum, black cherry, and blackberry along with warm spice, vanilla, licorice, and black pepper.
High Cotton
Sauvignon Blanc
Crisp, semi-dry, and refreshing white varietal. Great for a summer evening on the back porch.

Sparkling Riesling
Semi-sweet sparkling wine, made from ripe Riesling grapes. This wine has a ripe fuji apple fruit character with a hint of orange-muscat in the finish.
Painted Lady
Sweet Red
Blackberry; mild in color and bursting with the fresh berries being picked on a hot summer day. A great wine to have by the pool or out at the lake.
Southern Belle
Rosé
Strawberry/Watermelon; mild in color and very refreshing like a fresh sangria.
Cowgirl
Sweet White
Apple/Peach; Nose of Granny Smith apples and ripe peaches. A smooth, sweet white wine with hints of melon and tropical fruits. Serve it with a frozen slice of peach to keep it chilled and enjoy the treat afterwards.
